Project Background
The ground floor of the Towner Eastbourne has been remodelled and refurbished to enhance the experience for all visitors.
The new foyer is more spacious and the shop has moved into a new space which has natural daylight to create an enhanced retail experience. The ground floor café has been opened up to create an extended social space connecting to the cinema.
The two large studio spaces at the rear of the ground floor have been refurbished.
Inclusive Design Scope
I was appointed to carry out design reviews during the relevant RIBA Plan of Work Stages including ongoing consultations with the architect.
